i changed in the preferences / maps/ qrz.com from "show info in window" to "show info in browser". after a test (that works here in safari) i changed back to "show info in window" and ... it works..
Maybe it will help in your case too

Sometimes the qrz.com look ups are not very reliable. I guess this is due to a high server load at the other end.
In the next future, the qrz.com owner will not allow a query direct from a logger any longer on a free basis. You have to buy an account.
When the free look up is not longer possible, this feature will be removed in RUMlog as well.
