Ok, I think I am one step away and I appreciate all of your support.
Besides your last step there was one other issue. In the enclosed screen shot, I used your call sign and when I tabbed out, it filled your name and QTH properly in the log (I think I had QTH and QRZ user information filled in before and it was not populating the QTH so it could not figure out azimuth; I am now just using QRZ and the azimuth is properly calculated).
So now in the Rotor program, you can see your call with a 51 degree azimuth which is correct. The antenna is currently pointed at 239 degrees and it didn't rotate. If I click on the greyed out box with your call sign that says, "DL2RUM: 51 degrees" it will rotate to 51 degrees. So the DL2RUMNG program is communicating with the Rotor program; it is just that Rotor is not moving automatically.
I don't see a checkbox like other programs, "Auto rotate." What am I doing incorrectly? I can't attach the screenshot of the 3 screens as its 13MB and the limit is 5MB.
