Your logbook. The State (Prefectures) and County (Guns) fields are used.

How do I enter a JA "county" in the incoming QSL card window?
If the JA "state" is empty I can enter that and the QSO is updated, but there are no choice for entry of a JA "County"
If the JA "state" is already in the log, the the JA "county" is available as a drop down selection.
Seems that this should be a one step entry for incoming JA paper QSL. i.e. Both state and county should be available.

You are right, this is missing, I have to add this.
Pse note, these fields may be filled automatically during LoTW download.

As neither CQ or JARL accept LoTW it would be more useful to use eQSL instead of LoTW as a source for confirmed QSL's for US Counties and Japanese Prefectures/Guns.
