Support for the 4m (70MHz) band

The 4m band is being accepted and implemented by many countries now and it would be great if RUMogNG could be enhanced to show DXCC, squares etc as it does for 60m, 6m, 2m and 70cm.
Many thanks for a great logging program for the Mac!
