Just tested again on a IC-7300, works perfect.

Do you have tried Data mode? Volume is up? Is any other application using this audio codec?

Yes. But what I notice is that many times the default audio device for the Mac is set to the Codec. Is RumLog doing that?

Not that I know of. I usually try with no other applications running.

When you start to playback over the radio, the saved output level will be set.
You can check the RUMlog function: just set the output device for radio to "Internal"

I think i found it. Whenever i play my audio file using Audio, Recording to File, Use for voice keyer i an only see audio on the left channel. The TS-590 only uses the right channel. So i converted the file to two channels and now things are working.
