Export QSOs to SOTA

Tom, SOTA requires date and time in ascending increment sequence or FIFO. Presently the uploaded file is descending or LIFO.

the QSO are the same sequence as seen in the log table. Just press the "Date" header to reverse the order.
I will correct it in the next version.
