Hello.
Happens to me something.
Do not use the AVERY 3474, but a generic of 70x37 (24 labels per A4) 5staroffice brand, model 903814. No top margin or lateral margins.
The printout is shifted down and to the right.
Not printing the last three labels.
To see how to print, I have attached a picture of the page, with pen marking the separation of the labels.
My printer is a Brother HL-2035
As could be solved?
Regards.

Avery 3474 labels cut off on the top
Re: Avery 3474 labels cut off on the top
¡Hola Manuel!
This is because you have not set up the correct paper size before printing.
This is because you have not set up the correct paper size before printing.
- RUMlog Menu-->Edit-->Page Setup-->Manage Custom Sizes...
- Click + sign and call your paper size somehow "RUMlog" or something else
- Set paper size to: width 210mm, height: 297mm
- Set all margins to: 0mm
- Click OK
- in Paper size field, choose your newly created paper size
- Quit RUMlogNG and run it again.
- Try to print now

Re: Avery 3474 labels cut off on the top
Hi,
I am reviving this thread. The case here is the following: I don't own a printer so i print to pdf and then i want to use this pdf to print the labels on our office printer.
I have already applied the no margin trick as described above but when i will try to print the pdf the printer it cuts the top and bottom
According to printer specs
Maximum printing area:
Print margins: Top: 4.23 mm; Bottom: 4.23 mm; Left: 4.23 mm; Right: 4.23 mm;
Maximum print area: 211.8 x 351.8 mm
Is any other workaround ? Or an easy way to create my own custom template ?

When your pdf looks correct, you have to adjust the printer settings in the office too.

Re: Avery 3474 labels cut off on the top
Thanks for the reply.
The PDF looks correct, according to a measurement with FoxiT Reader the TO STATION is exactly 2.54mm from the TOP of the page (with set all margins to: 0mm)
Is there a way to create a new label template with a different TOP margin (if that thing exists) ? (like 5mm ?)

Re: Avery 3474 labels cut off on the top
When your printer can't use the full labe size, you should consider to use another label format. See Avery 4738 (or others), here is a print free area on all sides.
