Now this is WAY off topic but I think it's interesting and also a bit of a caution.

I made the mistake of telling Tom RUMped or one of his programs was "Terrific" and he responded differently than I expected. When I asked him about it we explored the use of the word "Terrific" and found that the direct translation is not what you might expect!

Basically in the German language Terrific evolved from Terrible and has a meaning in German that is closer to what in English would be "Horrific"!

Makes me wonder how many times during the 30 years I worked for VW I got in trouble without knowing it!
