I am a long-time used of RUMlog trying to make the move to RUMlogNG. There are a lot of new things, of course, and, again of course, things don't all work the same on the new program as the original one, but I am learning!
However, my problem is that the interface with the K3 is not as smooth as in the original program, but I am sure that it is because I don't have it set up correctly.
If it is supposed to work as in the original, the cw window does not open automatically when I switch to a cw station, but everything in the main window is fine. If I open the window manually it reads the cw as it should and the program sends from the programmed buttons and the keyboard. However the <his call>, <his name> etc., buttons do not work unless I put the callsign in by hand, and then those buttons work well. Somehow the info on the station is not getting sent to the cw window. Also, the reset on the menu is inactive.
Any ideas?
