Tried to import ADIF to log, did not work

What did not work? What happened. Can you give us further and more useful details? Import is straight forward:

• Bring the Log window into front
• Use Menu-->Logbook-->Import ADIF
• Select an ADIF file from the file requester
• Check the information in the Import window, the number of found QSOs are shown, set the options
• Press the Import button
• Watch the Import window for messages
• Push the Finished button.

At which point you have a problem?

Finding DXCC's is not easiest in RUMLOG. 

• You can use the quick search option in the Log window
• You can watch the dxcc table: Menu-->Window-->DX list
• You can use the Search window: Menu-->Window-->Search
