I wonder why ICOM hasn't implemented that in the firmware for the IC-7610? Some kind of limitation?

I'm sure, everybody who has worked with an Elecraft P(X)3 before, will have this question. We have to ask Icom, but I'm afraid we will never get an answer.
The limitation is in the head only.

Yes, my P3 is a whole lot better than the 7610 spectrum display.
