I would like to ask you for a support of a newly introduced (12/2017) OM Activity Contest (OMAC) is organised for Slovak and Czech stations (OM and OK) only. It has 12 legs, each leg is evaluated separately. It runs Second Saturday of each month: 06:00-07:00 local time - CW, 07:00-08:00 local time - SSB. The contest rules are only in Slovak language (http://omac.telesweb.sk/index.php?referid=5&showid=0&) so here's the brief summary in English (mixed cabrillo fields with a free description):
1. CATEGORY MODE: CW/SSB
2. CONTEST: OMAC
3. CATEGORY BAND: 80M
- 3520 – 3560 kHz (CW)
3700 – 3770 kHz (SSB)
- QRO CW + SSB (max. 100 W)
QRO CW (max. 100 W)
QRO SSB (max. 100 W)
QRP CW + SSB (max. 5 W)
QRP CW (max. 5 W)
QRP SSB (max. 5 W)
RS or RST + serial nr of QSO starting from 001. Stations in CW+SSB category continue after CW part with next serial nr in SSB part (for example if you worked 30 QSO in CW part, you will start with serial nr 031 in SSB part).
6. Multipliers:
Different last letters of the worked callsigns (max. 26). Last letter of the operator’s callsign counts as a multiplier in case there is no worked callsign with such last letter in operator’s log.
7. Points calculation:
1 point for each QSO
1 additional point for each station worked on both modes (CW + SSB)
8. Result calculation:
sum of QSO points x sum of multipliers
