Another LoTW bug fixed in 3.0.3

Another LoTW failure is fixed now. When you have imported QSOs and sent these QSOs to the ARRL, the returning data sets may not correct recognized by RUMlog. Bug Fixing in 3.0.2

Two bugs were fixed in 3.0.2: When searching for DXCCs or QSOs in Digi mode, PSK QSOs were not included. That's corrected now.
