Re: RumLogNG w/ FLDIGI in Sept 2020 CQ WW DX RTTY contest
Enabling RigCat shows the radio's frequency on Fldigi, but doesn't doesn't send any decode info from Fldigi to RumLogNG. Also, I've lost CAT control for Rumlog. I'm not sure how to get cat info from Fldigi to RumLogNG. Your settings in the video seem very straight forward. I have duplicated them, bu...

Re: RumLogNG w/ FLDIGI in Sept 2020 CQ WW DX RTTY contest
Hoop, Thanks for the reply. I rewatched your video and mirrored your RumlogNG config settings. I also found the RTTY tab in the contest preferences window. I can now see the RTTY screen in Rumlog. Flfigi has the default settings for xml server parameters, 127.0.0.1 port 12345. The settings in Rumlog...

Re: RumLogNG w/ FLDIGI in Sept 2020 CQ WW DX RTTY contest
Excellent video Hoop! I've tried a few times to get RumLogNG and not had any success. If you can, could you post some pictures of your settings? I'm using a IC-756 Pro 3 with a SignaLinkUSB to control the TX. Question for you, how do you get that RTTY window below the contest log in the video. 73, R...

Re: Auto-populate from QRZ
Thank you, I found that button on the QRZ sub page.
I like the function of RUMlogNG of populating from QRZ after entering a station call sign.
Could that feature be added to a future version of the app?

Auto-populate from QRZ
Is there a way to auto-populate data from QRZ? I'm not finding it in the log settings. It would be helpful to fill in name, qth etc. while logging a contact. Sometimes I do not have wifi connected to the iPad, so it would not always be able to fetch the information. I've just started using this app ...
DX Spots
When my callsign showes up in the DX call window, it shows I'm 755 miles away at a heading of 138 deg. That is approximately the location of the previous holder of my current callsign. Where does the DX Spots window reference it's information from? I have made attempts to update the location of my c...

Re: List of supported contests
CQ website says the rules have changed, so perhaps this is a new requirement. US states provide two letter state abbreviation, Canadian provinces provide two letter provide province abbreviation. DX countries provide CQ zone. https://www.cq160.com/rules.htm Here's what my contest screen looked like ...
