Tom, ran script, now purple screen gone. Tried to import ADIF to log, did not work Imported log from Rumlog and it came over ok, 1 DXCC missing, ZS3AK in old SW Africa back from 1980 on 6 m.... will try to patch DXCC for that one...all else ok. Ok will try this.
I was able to select the .adif file to import, but then it appears to fail, as no file is imported ....

Yes, open the log program, with empty log, then hit import ADIF...
select file...
Then it seems the process hangs or slows down, then purple exception screens...will try to do a screen print
with the text ... almost looks like some kind of field parsing of the ADIF table...

When I try to import adif to NG I get a purple screen exception as attached.

Tried RumlogNG, but it keeps throwing exceptions (with a purple background) that looks like
some fields are out of position - not sure why
I will for sure switch over. It looks very nice.

Hi I am trying to run RUMLOG on Yosemite 10.10.2. because I need a good Mac logging program. Hence test drive Rumlog. I have imported my QSO's via ADIF from a windows logging program, VQLog. (all my QSOs are 6 metres) RUMLOG however shows me that I have fewer DXCC than confirmed, than I do It is not...
