Multiple control windows opening each time I launch
Hi All I am running RUMlogNG with my IC-7300 and now that I have updated the Silicon Labs driver, all appears to be working again and I can successfully control the rig from RUMlogNG. However, each time I launch the app or turn the radio on, a new control window opens and I end up with multiple cont...

Re: RUMlogNG not connecting to IC-7300 anymore...
Many thanks for your reply, David. I’ve had a long play with settings etc, and as is often the case, it boiled down to a stupidly simple thing, and of course my being a total idiot for not trying this first off... I simply reinstalled the SiliconLabs driver, and hey presto! I feel such a twerp :D Ta...

RUMlogNG not connecting to IC-7300 anymore...
Hi All Unfortunately, I can no longer seem to get RUMlogNG to work with my IC-7300 on my iMac. It was working fine, but I guess one of the latest updates to OSX has caused a communications issue and I am no longer able to use it! I am presently on OSX Catalina 10.15.5 Are there any know issues with ...

Suggestion: frequency drag on scope with mouse on Icom7300
Hey Tom Just made a small donation... great app sir. Also - a suggestion - I use RUMLogNG with my Icom7300, and frankly it is fantastic, a superb application. One thing that I have noticed though is that when using the scope, yes one can click on the required frequency and the radio sets to that fre...

Re: RUMlogNG + WSJT-X + Kenwood TS570D - band change not wor
OK, no success here at all I'm afraid. When I set the PTT Method to VOX, I get nothing transmitted from the Kenwood... no power output is noted at all and with 15 mins of scanning, I received zero responses on FT8. I don't understand that if VOX is selected, how the Mac actually receives audio - bec...

Re: RUMlogNG + WSJT-X + Kenwood TS570D - band change not wor
I've just tested the TS-570D setup. All works as expected. I'm sure, you have a failure in your setup. I pointed out already to two errors in your settings. I don't doubt that you have a fully working set up... me though, I am very much a learner. However, when I change the PTT from RTS to CAT in W...

CAT Configuration for Kenwood TS570D
Hi all CAT Configuration for Kenwood TS570D Maybe some might find this helpful. It's a document describing the CAT configuration I use with my Kenwood TS570D for use with RUMlogNG and also WSJT-X. https://www.dropbox.com/s/iwnvrcon12at9qf/Kenwood%20TS570D%20CAT%20with%20RUMlogNG%20and%20WSJTX%20-%20...

Re: RUMlogNG + WSJT-X + Kenwood TS570D - band change not wor
The split setting is in the r/h upper corner of the Radio panel. I saw that, but it's the 'disable PTT' in WSJT-X I can't find. I am unable to use anything other than RTS for PTT in WSJT-X because the CAT control is in use by RUMlog, and when I select CAT in WSJT-X, the Test CAT function returns RE...
