RUMlog's RTTY window NG w/TenTec Eagle
Hi Tom, I finally figured out why I couldn't get RUMlog's Digi window to work in RTTY via cocoaModem. It's because I am using the Rig interface for TenTec Orion with my TenTec Eagle. The Oriion has a RTTY mode. The Eagle does not, so I use LSB for AFSK RTTY. I can get the Digi window to do RTTY if I...

Hi Tom,DL2RUM wrote:No, you have entered ST0R in table on the left hand side. This station will be announced always, when the checkbox "Calls from the list" is ticked.
Well that fine too and good to know. I like that!

Re: Can't get rid of DX spot Aural alarms.
;) This is not a bug, it's a feature (I can't remember why): Calls to announce will be spoken always. Do you get ST0R voice announcements only? On checking further this only happens with ST0R, an all-time new one, worked but not confirmed. I assume this feature applies to only all-time new ones. If...

I'm pretty sure that is the case. Though I don't get many because I don't need many.

Re: Can't get rid of DX spot Aural alarms.
No, it's an option. Are you sure Audio is off? I don't see another reason. Never seen problems with that. Hi Tom, I turn off Aurals and growl and still got voice announcements. Here's a screen shot of Preferences/DX Alerts: http://www.w2nra.com/W2NRA/ScreenShot-Pref-DX-Alerts.png Any ideas? FYI I a...

Re: Table View Colors
I have noticed that when an unconfirmed spot (Entity, Freq or Mode) shows up in Text View it's displayed in the normal Amber color. However when that same spot is displayed in Table View it's in Yellow. Not a problem now that I am used to it but seems a little strange. BTW, Text and Table view are ...

Growl is displaying notices on needed spots. I don't see a voice setting in Growl preferences. Does Growl automatically announce?DL2RUM wrote:Is Growl talking to you?

Re: Use DXCC ID Number on Import?
Well, you can change the start- and end date, but this is not required. The dates will be set automatically +/- few days from the QSO date. When your log is still up to date, you can run this routine without reimporting the log. During this procedure only the dxcc.rsd database will be changed. The ...
