I should also mention I recently tried granting RUMlogNG "Full Disk Access" in the Privacy settings, but this made no difference either.

Sorry for the slow response Tom. I've been busy and haven't had time to try running RUMlogNG from my Admin account yet. This will require me to do a complete setup of RUMlogNG and tqsl in that account first. I'll report back on the results once I've done this. I might also try to completely wipe ...

OK Tom,

I deleted RUMlogNG and installed RUMlogNG_Test.

After clearing the usual sandbox error popup, there was a second popup beneath which showed this:
