Cross platform log recovery
My Mac computer has died but I do have a backed up copy of my Rumlog log. Is there any way to convert that log into a format that could be read by one of the major logging programs designed for the Windows OS? I suppose that I could temporarily install Rumlog on my daughters Mac, load the backup fil...

Re: HamQTH.com lookup stopped working
I have no explanation for this but when I went to run a test to answer your question there was a momentary delay and then all of the information popped up and also filled in the appropriate log fields. Perhaps there was a network issue or something but everything seems to be working fine now. Thank ...

Re: HamQTH.com lookup stopped working
There are no error messages of any kind. It's just that the log fields do not get populated with the HamQTH.com information like they use to do a week or two ago.

HamQTH.com lookup stopped working
HamQTH.com lookups have stopped working in RumLog. I've checked and the calls are in the HamQTH.com online database but the information is not being imported into my RumLog fields the way it used to be. HamQTH.com user name and password are correct in the RumLog preferences. This only recently start...

Map window doesn't keep size setting
The map, information, and station image windows are no longer remembering the size that I set them to. Each time that I resart RunLogNG (version 2.13.1) they have changed back to a default size. I only noticed this issue after upgrading my operating system to Sierra.

Re: eQSL certificate problem
eQSL still has not fixed their certificate problem and it's getting a little bit annoying! In the mean time I'm uploading adif files to them for my outgoing QSLs but I have not been trying to check for any eQSLs that are coming in to me.

Re: eQSL certificate problem
I can use http://www.eqsl.cc in my browser (default browser is Chrome) but How do I tell RumLogNG to use that address when it connects for an upload? And related to this, I have not been able to figure out how to list eQSL as a "trusted" site in Chrome.

Re: Size settings of subwindows not saved
Well, A fix to this situation but more strange behavior... Last night I upgraded from Yosemite to El Capitan (10.11.1) and now the size of the three panels is staying where I set it. But there is another oddity. When I first open RumLogNG the panels do not show. When I click the little arrow to open...

Re: Size settings of subwindows not saved
Hi again Tom, Thank you for giving me that "read" command for Terminal. Experiments are showing some interesting results. RumLog is saving the size settings when it is shutdown but for some reason when the program is reopened they change and each time it is reopened they continue to change...

Re: Size settings of subwindows not saved
I'm using Yosemite 10.10.5. I'll snoop around with that read statement that you gave and see if I can discover anything.
Thanks.
Thanks.
