Icom Remote Encoder RC-28

The RC-28 can be used for the following transceiver selections:

• IC-705-Ctrl
• IC-7300-Ctrl
• IC-7610-Ctrl
• IC-9700-Ctrl
• K4-Ctrl
• Expert El. TCI (SunSDR)

There is no installation nor configuration required nor possible. Just plug and play. If you have configured two transceivers, the active one will be controlled. Both VFOs can be controlled. Press the F1 button for controlling the active VFO or press F2 to control the inactiv (or sub) VFO. The PTT button has a toggle function.

If the controller is used for another app, it can be deactivated in Menu–>Transceiver–>RC-28 Daemon (toggle item). RUMlog must then be restarted.
