Icom Server

The Icom transceivers IC-705, IC-7610 and IC-9700 can be remotely controlled via the network, the internal server must be activated for this. Icom Server must be selected as the interface in the TRX settings. The settings in the Cat: Icom Server box must match those in the transceiver.
The network connection offers a significantly higher data throughput than a USB connection. Above all, the windows for TRX control benefit from this.
Audio can also be transmitted, this can be activated in the transceiver menu. RX audio is immediately available, but can be switched off and on again. Audio to the TRX must always be switched on separately and only works with an active TX audio stream.
