I must be doing something wrong (DX Spots not showing)

I thought I had everything configured properly for DX spots to show. See the screen capture below. I don't understand why the 20m spots that the cluster sent out in the window to the left are not showing up in the DX Spots window to the right. Can anyone help me figure out what I have configured incorrectly?

It's hard to see due to the low resolution of the image. But it seems you have set it to see spots only, where the spotting station is from North America.
The not shown spots are from Japan, Hungary, Russia, ....
