RUMlogNG does not start

Hello, I have bought RUMlogNG on the appstore and installed on iPadmini2, iOS8.3 (12F69) and iPhone 4s, iOS 8.3 (12F70).
On both devices the app does not start, it closes immediately after tapping the icon.
Do you have any suggestions to fix this? I would be glad if I could use your app.
