QRZ Lookup

I just installed RUMlog2Go and imported my log. When I enter a new call and click on the > next to the call and then select QRZ or HamQTH I go to the lookup screen but nothing happens. No data shows. I checked my login information for both services and they are correct.
Second question. Is there a way to add another dxcluster address?
