Date and time not appearing on iOS

Hi all
Software versions:
3.12.2 on macOS
3.5 on iOS
I am having a strange problem with QSO dates and times.
They appear fine on my Mac:
However, when I open the logbook on my iPhone, all of the other fields appear correctly, but the dates and times are missing:
What am I doing wrong please?

Is it the same logbook file?
Try another Date format. (Settings-->Log Settings)
Was working correct before?

Thanks for the quick reply.
It's the same logbook file (saved on my iCloud Drive).
The file was created on the Mac, but the dates have never displayed on the iPhone.
I have just tried changing the date format, but the dates still don't appear.
