First off, I really enjoy using RumLogNG, so thanks for providing it!

I'm looking for a way to automate exporting all of my QSOs into an ADIF file for upload to QRZ/CloudLog etc.

I initially thought this might be possible using applescript but I don't see any export options in the dictionary.

So, would the best way to do this be to open the rlog with sqlite and dump the entries, or is there some functionality I'm missing.

There is no script command for that. But it should be easy to add one, maybe with an option for "QSOs since date" ???
Further I would encourage you do use the UDP broadcast to get informed when a new QSO is logged. This would allow updates in real time.
