USA - Virginia Counties/Independent Cities

Hi Tom,
Virginia is the most unusual USA state because many of its cities are independent of their surrounding counties.
RUMlog recognizes the independent cities when they are received from LoTW, and they appear in the USA Counties window (as my county window shows), but it is not possible to choose an independent city from the log entry county popup menu. Would it be possible to add the Virginia independent cities to the county list popups for Virginia?
