RUMlogNG for Yaesu FT DX 1200?
RUMlogNG for Yaesu FT DX 1200?
I have a Yaesu FT DX1200 Transceiver, and have RUMlogNG installed on my iMac. I have, in the past, been using this program for logging my Icom 746Pro QSO's with no problems.
I bought a USB 2.0 RS 232DB 9 PIn Female Serial Cable, connected it from my Yaesu Transceiver to my iMac. However, it doesn't seem to be talking to my RUMlogNG software. Anyone have suggestions to fix this issue?

It's not required to post a problem again and again.
See to the logging fields in the logging window. In which colours are kHz and Mode written?
Show us your TRX settings.

This looks good, when your try is configured for 4800 baud and RTS/CTS.

Do you use a microKEYER II or DigiKEYER II? The port name doesn't look familiar.

I have NO idea what those are....
That was the only Serial Port option on the Port drop down screen.

Then reset your selection to Do not use! Only the settings under the TRX tab are required.

Changed to "Not Used", still no communication between my Transceiver and RUMlogNG.DL2RUM wrote:Then reset your selection to Do not use! Only the settings under the TRX tab are required.

Check again the text colour for the kHz and Mode label. In your last screen shot it is shown in blue, it should be red or green when you have configured CAT.
