Bulk-edit log entires

What is the best way to bulk-edit log entries? I just imported my log from another program and have these none relevant entries in my QSO notes. What's the best way to get them out?

You can add and edit entries, but you can't just delete it. You have to manipulate your ADIF file prior importing, simply using "Find and replace all".
If you are able to do it, you can edit your log database using a SQLite editor.
