Public Alpha of a new RUMlog

Here is a preview of the RUMlog version 3:

RUMlog is a UB now and is completely new written. Not all is working yet, see the attached read-me file.

New is the possebility to integrate the ON6DP qsl manager database. Please see the attached read-me.

Alpha 5 fixes a problem with the date on a none european system. Now you have to select your preferred date format in the preferences.
