Just downloaded RUMlog; hangs in 10.6.1

I just downloaded RUMlog and am trying to get started with it in Mac OS X 10.6.1 on a MacBook Pro (17-inch Mid 2009).

I start the program, but when I open Preferences the program immediately hangs with a spinning colored wheel, and the only thing I can do is Force Quit RUMlog. Does anyone have it running in Mac OS X 10.6.1 and have any suggestions? I know this isn't much information to go on, but it's about all I have right now. I have and can post the system diagnostic log hang report if it would help.

Mac Book Pro (17-inch Mid 2009), 2.8GHz, 4GB RAM, 500GB hard drive.

That's not a good starting point.

Go to your home folder and look for the file „RumLogOwn.plist“ in the /~/library/preferences folder. Delete this file and try again.

Thank you, that did the trick.

I set a few preferences and then did an attempt to load my ADIF log from my other computer, but I was getting far too many frequency errors, so I've got to set the QRG/Mode settings and then try it again. I'll get to that when I have an opportunity and see how it goes.

I see that RumLog does work in 10.6 as well ?

RumLog 4.2.4 works vy well under 10.6.2 .
Runs visibly much faster now, but that could just be my new iMac HI !
Did a fresh download & install of Rumlog to be sure.
