Hi Thomas,
I use gpredict for satellite comms, it controls the rig via rigctld network interface. Is there any way the RUMlogNG pulls the current VFO status (frequency) from the rig via the same network interface (localhost:4532 by default)? If I set TX1: Interface TCP, CAT TCP: HOST 127.0.0.1, PORT 4532, the rigctld says only
Command '' not found!
Command '' not found!

and RUMlogNG is not able to pull the current VFO frequency...
Thanks a lot.

rumlogng and gpredict (pull VFO status from rigctld)
Re: rumlogng and gpredict (pull VFO status from rigctld)
You can get radio information from RUMlog via:
- AppleScript --> See the Function Library
- DX Lab Suite Commander --> RUMlog can act as Server
- N1MM compatible data provided via UDP packets
- Fldigi compatible data provided via UDP packets
- Fldigi compatible data via XML-RPC, RUMlog acts as client
