Yes I can confirm this. It is not a bug in RumlogNG. Thanks for the hint that i could follow up on. I was getting traffic from the dx cluster, but a proxy had apparently interfered with the LOTW user query.

I found a bug with V 4.0.2 and Mojave. When I select "Load LOTW users" under the "Online" menu item, Rumlog reports a message in the attached screen capture. (I have Rumlog installed in ~/Applications, and not in /Applications)
