The 4m band is being accepted and implemented by many countries now and it would be great if RUMogNG could be enhanced to show DXCC, squares etc as it does for 60m, 6m, 2m and 70cm.
Many thanks for a great logging program for the Mac!

Re: RUMlogNG version 4.3
Since v4.3, the scope options on the 7610 revert to 'fixed' and 'Edge1' every time I change bands. I generally prefer to work with 'Centre' and a particular range - it is a bit of a nuisance to have to change it each time. Could the preferences be set per band or just kept as last set? Also, in the ...

Re: RUMlogNG version 3.1
WSJT-X 1.7/JT-Bridge 2.0.1 seem to have stopped working with this release. Fldigi is fine but no CAT control with the others. Any ideas? Running OS X 10.10.5. Thanks, Terry, M0CLH To clarify, it's ok from fresh boot, run RUMLogNG, initialise IC-7300, run JT-Bridge and then WSJT-X. The problem seems ...

IC-7300 and WSJT-X
Using the radio's USB connector for both CAT control (via RUMLogNG) and USB Audio CODEC works fine for the data mode program Fldigi. When trying to use the same configuration for WSJT-X, CAT control is fine BUT nothing seems to activate the PTT and no power is output. Any ideas please? 73 de Terry, ...

ICOM 7300 CAT Control
Can you connect the USB socket on the back of an Icom 7300 directly to the Mac (FTDI chipset?) or do you need to go via the CI-V socket to a USB converter?
Thanks, de Terry, M0CLH

Re: G4ZLP Digimaster Pro 3 and CAT control
Success!! The interface was supplied with a 5v TTL module (CM1) - the KX3/PX3 requires true RS232 ±12v signaling. Neil, G4ZLP then sent a CM3 module to install. Together with a tip-to-tip and ring-to-ring CAT cable, It all started working fine! It does seem to be a cleaner sound interface than the ...

G4ZLP Digimaster Pro 3 and CAT control
I have been trying to get this interface to work with little success. Having unlocked it with an ancient Windoze laptop, I can see the Audio Codec and the three psuedo serial ports on my Macbook Pro running El Capitan. Whatever combination of CAT options I use for my KX3/PX3 rig, I get the occasiona...
