Re: RUMLogNG version 2.10
Well I spoke too soon. It is now working as expected after turning the program back on after being off for an hour. ??

Re: RUMLogNG version 2.10
I notice when using 2.10.1 in the IARU HF contest that it was correctly getting frequency and mode data from my KX2 in the main logging window but not when I switched to the contest window (it acted as if the radio was not connected). A CAT reset did not help. If I switched back to the main logging ...

Re: List of supported contests
I was able to use the General Contest selection for ARRL Field Day, although it was slightly awkward. I was happy to see that not only was my five-day-old KX2 supported but that there was a control window available (which I will need some time to learn to use and fully appreciate).

Frequency window (contest mode)
On 40 meters the frequency window turns red above 7.200 MHz (should be above 7.300 MHz). If my VFO is set to between 7.200 and7.300 when I switch bands, the contest window does not show the band change until I tune below 7.200. When in the main logging window, the frequency window does not change co...
Re: IC-7100
I used the contest feature in RumlogNG for CQWW CW and really like the way it performed as well as the look and feel of it. The interface to the IC-7100 worked perfectly.I see that more contests have been added and hope that continues.
Re: IC-7100
I did change the setting on the IC-7100 to 0x70 and selected the IC-7000 in both RUMlogNG (recognized the radio) and RUMped (did not recognize the radio). I will check out the CQWW support in RUMlogNG (the CW contest is next month). I ran a test case of RUMlogNG for CQWW and it looks good but a QSO ...
Re: IC-7100
I tried that without success (I checked that the 70h/IC-7000 setting worked successfully with RumlogNG). Nonetheless, RUMped worked great during the CQWW-SSB contest, as long as I remembered to manually change bands. Some other programs do not seem to detect the USB connection either, but others do ...
IC-7100
The Icom IC-7100 is supported in RUMlog. Can we expect to see it also supported in RUMped?
