This may have been a bug unique to my OS and RUMlogNG installation.
After updating to Sonoma 14.3, RUMlogNG has been stable and operating properly with WSJT-x.

RUMLogNG fails after a few minutes, won't restart
Has anyone encountered this behavior? It has left RUMlogNG nonfunctional for me. After the most recent update, RUMlogNG (5.15.2) crashes after a operating seemingly correctly for a few minutes, and will not restart. For the few minutes it runs, it appears to operate completely normally. When it sudd...

Applescript Split Command Problem
I am attempting to write a small AppleScript to add 1 or 2 kHz to the displayed frequency for DX split operation with my Kenwood TS-2000. There are three apparent problems. 1. Setting txFrequency_B does nothing. Setting txFrequency sets VFO A to the value. 2. Using txFrequency turns off the split, e...

Voice announce "transmitting" in WSJT auto mode
I would like to turn off the audio voice announcement "transmitting" when in "auto" mode for WSJT-X. Whenever a new call cycle starts, the voice announces "transmitting." I worry that the announcement could go out on the air if my audio routing settings are not just rig...

Re: Yaesu FT-100 and FT-990 with Rumlog--Issues
Tom: Thank you for the file and for working on this issue. I have tested the Rumlog revision with an FT-100. When a station is selected in the DX spots window, Rumlog correctly sets the frequency and mode on the radio, and correctly populates the fields in the log. However, a few seconds later, the ...

Re: Yaesu FT-100 and FT-990 with Rumlog--Issues
Thank you for the fast response. I note that the coding for setting the frequency is the same on both radios. As you say, the protocol for reading the frequency is different. The reading of 1/32 the display frequency is reproducible and stable on the FT-100 with Rumlog using the FT-990 setting. Also...

Yaesu FT-100 and FT-990 with Rumlog--Issues
I have noted that the Yaesu FT-100 works with Rumlog using the FT-990 selection with one exception: the frequency field in Rumlog reads the FT-100 at 1/32 its actual value. For instance, 10 MHz on the radio results in a display of 312.5 kHz in Rumlog. I do not know what happens on the FT-990. What a...
