Re: 5.9.1(536) - Log window columns resetting in Ventura

I am having the same experience, of log columns resetting. I do like to customize the log column display and have enjoyed this feature in the past.

Re: IC-7300 firmware 1.40

Tom, Thank you forRUMLogNG version 5.3! The improved Icom IC-7300 control panel is great. As far as I am concerned, your previous version of RUMLogNG showed ICOM what could be done with their radio in terms of the scroll feature. so thank you for, in all likelihood, inspiring Icom for the IC-7300 ve...

IC-7300 firmware 1.40

I'm thinking there may not have been enough time w/ version 1.40 to make any needed changes to RUMLogNG to accommodate the new features. I'm observing that the new scroll mode is not working yet. Changing to scroll mode (with a 1 second press of CENT/FIX) will be changed back if RUMLogNG is running ...

Re: Big Sur Update Broke RumlogNG for me

Tom - No crashes during 5 WSJT-X QSOs, doing the same user activities that I did before which pretty consistently had resulted in crashes every time. I'll do more tests later today and tomorrow and will advise. Looking good so far. Danke schon, 73 Hoop

Re: Big Sur Update Broke RumlogNG for me

Thanks for the version to test. Yes, it fails, when I click on the RumLogNG screen in the "Name" field. Failed this way two times. I did have successful FT8 QSOs when I did not change the screen focus to RumLogNG with this test version. Yesterday, in the previous version, I worked 10 FT8 Q...

Re: Big Sur Update Broke RumlogNG for me

Tom

Thanks for reviewing. I really appreciate your help. Yes, I do have my Logbook in the "cloud" ... it is on Dropbox. So that is something else for me to try. There is likely something unique in my configuration and use.

Re: Big Sur Update Broke RumlogNG for me

After some troubleshooting, here is a new observation which may, or may not, be insightful. 1. I did five FT8 contacts in a row, all successful, and the screen focus never shifted away from WSJT-X. 2. I did one more FT8 contact, and this time, I used mouse cursor to highlight the "Name" fi...

Re: Big Sur Update Broke RumlogNG for me

Tom, I completely uninstalled WSJT-X and RumLogNG, including all settings files. I used the Uninstaller from CleanMyMac which appears to have done a thorough job. The problem continues, RumLogNG crashes while I was running WSJT-X and when transmitting from WSJT-X, intermittently. Crash Log attached....

Re: Big Sur Update Broke RumlogNG for me

Tom,

Somewhat related, at least to Big Sur, I am crashing pretty consistently in RumLogNG when I am running WSJT-X, using DX Lab Suite Commander settings in WSJT-X v2.2.2, RumLogNG 5.0.2 (436). Crash occurs when I transmit the RR73 message. Crash log attached.
