I was able to download with after returning to "All callsigns", so it may be an initialization problem.
Things seem to be working well now.
Thanks!

Re: Download from LotW
I had "for call signs" set to "all call signs". When I open up the options, it shows AE6JV and AE6JV/1. AE6JV has a large number of QSLs since 2010. I changed the entry to AE6JV and got to "downloading..." but then got an error "Cannot parse response". I tried...

Re: Download from LotW
No joy. I set the date back to 1-1-2010, which is before the first entry in my log. When I select "Read data from ARRL", the response "No new QSLs! :-(" comes back in less than 2 seconds, so I don't think there has been enough time to connect to the ARRL. The activity monitor (ne...

Download from LotW
I've been trying to get download from LotW to work. I've checked the user name, password and last date downloaded in the preferences pane. I can successfully download using RUMlog 5.3.13, but fail on RUMlogNG 2.5.1 and 2.5.2. I get two symptoms. The first is a hang while connecting followed by conne...

Re: RUMlogNG version 2.5.2
I used RUMlogNG in General Contest mode for the ARRL VHF contest. I found a serious error in exporting Cabrillo format. I reproduced the problem in version 2.5.2 If a QSO has been logged and then the band has been changed by editing the QSO, the original band is used in the export. In the example be...

Re: NilObjectException
This error was a typo that slipped by my old eyes and got in the log. Now I just want to get rid of that line/QSO in the log so I have a properly formatted log. An hour later ... I was able to remove the QSO by editing the log file in BBEdit, finding all the places where "W1AW'3" appeared ...

NilObjectException
Found in 5.3.7, reproduced in 5.3.10. I entered "W1AW'3" (without the double quotes) in the call sign field for a QSO. (Note the single quote instead of a slant.) The QSO is in the log, but whenever I try to select that line to correct the error, RUMlog gets "An exception of class Nil...

Re: Lower Case Call Signs
I can't reproduce it either. Must have been my mistake. Sorry.

Re: Lower Case Call Signs
A quick test shows it is now working. Thanks!
BTW, the version shown by "Get Info" in the finder is still 3.2.7.
