Bandmap color wrong?

In my settings, I set "band mode not cfd" to yellow and "band mode not wkd" to red. However, I see the opposite in the band map. In the attachment you can see A35GC(band not worked for me) shows yellow and K7BDG (band not confirmed) red. You can see my settings in the attachment ...

Re: A script use SDR++ as band scope

Thanks SV1DAY, for the suggestions! I've updated readme file to add a couple of screenshots of RUMlog and SDR++ settings. Your RUMlogNG setting is a little different from mine, instead of set in UDP tab, I set it in "TX 1" tab. I guess both way works.

A script use SDR++ as band scope

I wrote a Python script to sync frequency and modes between SDR++ and RUMlogNG, that turns SDR++ into my radio's band scope.

Here is the script, try at your own risk. https://github.com/n2iw/cat-relay

Re: Tune button on CW Tools?

I know this is a old post, but I'd like to second that! I'm using a WinKeyer, when I don't have RUMlogNG running, I can use buttons on WinKeyer to put it in Tune mode. But once RUMlogNG is running, I lost that functionalify, which is really inconvenient especially when you have a linear amplifier th...

New cross platform SDR Software that supports Mac, can I connect to it from RUMlogNG?

I didn't find any half decent SDR software for Mac until a few days ago! A youtube video introduced a new cross-platform SDR software called SDRPlusPlus (SDR++) looked really promissing. It doesn't have a full Mac dmg/.app release yet. It has a binary release for Mac, but requires you to install dep...

Re: N1MM compatible and waterfall bandmap

Yes I do see spots with either blue or red color. It seems if a spot is new country or band or mode, then it's red. If it's no new anything, then it's blue. I don't know if that's what your intention or not, but it looks pretty good to me! I don't like the grey (dupe) anyway, and don't use the green...

Re: N1MM compatible and waterfall bandmap

I think we need some adjustments for the spot coloring. In following scenario, NU1X and W5PS are blue on RumLog bandmap (I need the slot, never worked), but grey on Waterfall Bandmap Screen Shot 2020-05-04 at 6.04.18 PM.png In following scenario, HK1N and 9Z4Y are black on RumLog bandmap, but green ...

Re: N1MM compatible and waterfall bandmap

Thanks Tom! It works perfectly with my TS-590SG! Waterfall Bandmap follows radio very smoothly, even better than N1MM! Is it updating when frequency changes more than 100Hz? I feel it's more accurate than that, which is perfect! I checked CPU usage, and didn't see any noticeable increase. I really l...

Re: N1MM compatible and waterfall bandmap

I believe Waterfall Bandmap uses the same colors as N1MM+. Following paragraph is copied from N1MM+ manual: Colors of the Incoming Spots Blue: Will be a good QSO, not a multiplier Red: Single Multiplier Example: CQWW – QSO is either zone or country multiplier (one multiplier) Green: Double or better...

Re: N1MM compatible and waterfall bandmap

I believe N1MM, as a contest logger, only count multiplier related status, here is what I found <status>single mult</status> The values for status are: busy – marked by N1MM user as a frequency to note bust – a busted call (when CT1BOH tags are present) cq – the cq frequency on this band (last place...
