Re: RUMlog2Go now for iPhone

Tom, you did an amazing job with the iPhone version. Considering the small screen space available, the GUI design is really effective. Thanks! Just one odd behaviour I'm seeing here... on iPhone, when I touch a spot in the DX Cluster list, it looks like the summary list of QSOs per band/mode and the...

Re: RUMlog and RUMlog2Go + Dropbox

Maybe RUMlog could re-format dates according to its settings for display in the QSOs list, regardless of the actual data format. In fact RUMlog2Go display of dates fields is always consistent with its local format. Dev note: I see that the date field in the SQlite table is varchar, and saved with a ...

RUMlog and RUMlog2Go + Dropbox

I've been using RUMlog and RUMlog2Go for some time now, sharing the log via Dropbox. Everything works just fine. Only glitch I noticed is that new QSOs added on RUMlog2Go are shown in RUMlog with a different date format, so I end up with something like this: Screen Shot 2013-07-03 at 6.41.11 PM.png ...

Hi Tom,

here it works just fine when either "Set RTS line" or "Use CTS" are set. It doesn't when both are unchecked.

Re: Newby & Need Help with TS-590

Could my problem be that I am not working with up to date firmware? Not sure about version 1.0, I think my TS590 was already at 1.02 or 3 when I bought it, never had a problem since. Another question I have is this: After I install the drives for the Mac which I have, should I see the "SLAPB_U...

nice option, thank you Tom.
The text next to the checkbox says "Reset rst zu 599". Now I know what "zu" means in German :-)

Re: Cluster Announce Last QSO and Fldigi

Tom, I thought that the announce last QSO function was intended to spot the most recent entry in the log, and I don't see why it should consider a QSO that was just received from Fldigi in a different way than a QSO I had entered directly in RUMlog. Maybe a failsafe warning in case the QSO date/time...

Cluster Announce Last QSO and Fldigi

I had just completed a PSK31 QSO using Fldigi. RUMlog is configured to automatically fetch from Fldigi's logs, so I waited until the QSO appeared in RUMlog, then clicked on Ann. last logged QSO menu to spot the call. What appeared on the cluster wasn't that last QSO, but the previous one, an SSB con...
