Call sign from main window does't go to CW window
Hi all, I am a long-time used of RUMlog trying to make the move to RUMlogNG. There are a lot of new things, of course, and, again of course, things don't all work the same on the new program as the original one, but I am learning! However, my problem is that the interface with the K3 is not as smoot...

Re: turn off "prefix doesn't match"
There are hundreds of messages in RUMlog, what do you mean is: "Callsigns don't match!"? If you click on a dx spot such as XE1/AA0AA the program will show a window/box that says "callsigns don't match" and wait for you to check the OK button before you can proceed. If this could...

Re: Announcements to fast or I'm too slow!
The scrolling is inhibited in RUMlog, when the mouse in the window. I guess I have to add a similar function in RUMped. Tom and all; I tried to use RUMped in the CQ-WPX last weekend and it was even worse for me than before--the calls were scrolling by almost too fast to read! I switched to a more s...

Re: turn off "prefix doesn't match"
Tom and all; In my case it is when I click on a frequency of a DX spot in that window--right now, for example, CE2/VE7SV is one of the spots and when I click on that freq to transfer the call and frequency to the main logging window, that is when the small window appears over the main logging window...

turn off "prefix doesn't match"
Hi all; I couldn't find any way to turn off the "prefix doesn't match" warning. There are so many combination calls (like mine-- XE1/AA0AA) that usually don't match for hams licensed in more than one country or for dxpeditions that this occurs all the time and usually is obvious (except on...

Re: Announcements to fast or I'm too slow!
Thanks Tom! I am trying to learn to use Rumped for contesting but when in the contest I find myself chasing the spots up the window and they often escape me and leave the window! For normal non-contest operation with many less spots I have no trouble--but I am using Rumlog for that. Maybe the proble...

Announcements to fast or I'm too slow!
Hi everyone; I am trying to learn to use Rumped but have a problem- When in a contest the dx spots in the announcement window run by so fast that I can't click on them! I can use Rumlog and the spots for the same cluster run by slower. Is there any way to make them run by a little slower so my old h...
