Direct QSL requests without proper return postage or without a SAE (Self Addressed Envelope) will be answered via bureau! IRCs are accepted, but must be valid after 31-December-2009! Due to the exchange rates, US$ 3,- are required for an oversea letter and US$ 2,- within Europe to cover the postage. Business Reply Letters are welcome.
